For example, drink 8 glasses of water each day and have foods heavy in fiber. Now, first thing in the am you take a cup of water followed by an apple and then have another glass of water. Then, and this is essential, do not have anything for 1/2 hour! Now go to the gym, shower, take a walk, watch a show, whatever it is that you usually do in your routine and soon enough you will move your colon by that half hour!
This works so well because your tummy is without food and this is the only way it will be effective. Should you do this every single day you can expect to have healthy consistent bowel movements.
